Examples
Some of the real life examples we have delivered and continue to support for some of our clients include:-
- Waste elimination, semi-finished raw materials never return to the warehouse
- Time performance data from equipment – team and machine variations made clear
- Configuration system for differing SKUs. Allow configuration settings to be built through a website interface and loaded to the machine when changing to a new production run.
- Store data in a database ready for easy analysis using Power BI or any other tool you work with. We transform the machine data and make it ready for the analysis tools.
Support
We provide IT support to the technical people on your sites. Annual contracts are available. Typically, we build to an agreed framework, adjusting as we go. Once the solution is live, useful amendments are requested. These can be incorporated into the contract, as there’s no way that all requirements can be agreed before beginning.
We are also often asked to migrate the version of operating system that the databases, virtual machines etc. run on in order to stay ahead of any security vulnerabilities detected as time passes.
